1. Where do you ship from?

To ensure fast delivery, orders are fulfilled and shipped from our partner warehouses located within the United States.


2. How long does shipping take?

For U.S. orders, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after processing.
Please note that processing time is usually 1–2 business days.


3. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.


4. Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been processed, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it.


5. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

6. Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.


7. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.


8. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To exchange an item, please return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order.


9. How will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
